Custom Sign Terms

1. Custom Order Signs have an approximate a 4-6 week turnaround from time the proof is approved. Time may vary depending on volume of orders. You will be advised ahead of time if the turnaround time is expected to be longer.
2. Custom signs (that require a brand new design) may require a non-refundable $75 design deposit before the start of the design process. The deposit will be taken off of your total order price.
3. Once I complete your design, you will receive a proof that will need to be approved within 48 hours or receipt to proceed. 
4. Please note that since the signs are custom made, I do not accept returns. If the sign is damaged or something is wrong, please contact me. 
5.  Shipping & Handling - I are not responsible for any damage done in the shipping/transit process. If you receive a damaged sign or package, please keep everything. Take photos of damaged packaging and any damage to the sign itself. The process for claims is done through USPS unless shipped with another carrier. Please contact me prior to processing a claim to help you ensure it is done properly. Often times, USPS will require a damage report be filed at the Post Office. This will require you to take the item in for it to be assessed. Not following this process will affect your refund process with the USPS.
